About Pregnancy Care Massage
Pregnancy care massage covers both prenatal and postnatal care. Techniques, pressure and positioning are adapted to your stage of pregnancy or recovery, with cushions to keep you comfortable.
A 60-minute session costs AED 420. Packages of 5 sessions (AED 2,000) and 10 sessions (AED 3,800) are available.
What the treatment involves
During pregnancy you usually lie on your side, supported by cushions, rather than on your front. Your therapist focuses on areas such as the back, hips, legs and shoulders with gentle, steady techniques.
After birth, the massage can focus on areas that feel tired or tense from feeding and carrying your baby.
