These terms and conditions (“terms”) apply to your use of this website and to appointments, treatments and packages booked with P&H Gulf TCM Center (By V9 Group) (“P&H”, “we”, “us”). Please read them carefully. By using the website or booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
This website is operated by P&H Gulf TCM Center, Shop 17, V9 Russia Cluster, International City, Warsan First, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, part of V9 Group. These terms should be read together with our privacy policy and our refund and cancellation policy.
You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. The text, images, logos and design of the website belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
You must not use the website in a way that breaks the law, damages the website or stops other people from using it.
We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website or of our services at any time. You agree to give us information that is accurate and complete, and to keep it up to date.
Information on this website is general and is provided for information only. It does not replace diagnosis, advice or treatment from a medical doctor, and it should not be used to decide on treatment without speaking to a qualified professional about your own situation.

Clinical suitability is confirmed before you buy a treatment or package. Please tell us about any health conditions, medication, allergies, recent surgery or pregnancy before treatment begins.
We may decline, adjust or stop a treatment if it is not suitable or safe for you. Responses to treatment vary from person to person, and no result can be guaranteed.
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and follow our current price list, updated August 2026. Applicable VAT is confirmed before purchase. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of purchase applies.
Appointments can be booked by WhatsApp, WeChat or telephone. Please arrive on time, as a late arrival may shorten your session. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please tell us as early as possible. Our refund and cancellation policy explains what happens when a booking is cancelled.
Packages are sold as 5 sessions / 5 hours or 10 sessions / 10 hours for the treatments shown on our price list. Package validity is confirmed at purchase. Selected packages may be used across V9 Group branches; please confirm before purchase. Package sessions are not refundable, as set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
Insurance cover and direct billing depend on your exact policy, network and pre-authorisation, and must be confirmed by your insurer or TPA before treatment. The display of an insurer’s logo on this website does not guarantee coverage. Any amount your insurer does not cover, or later declines, remains payable by you.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless we agree otherwise. Tabby and Tamara are subject to each provider’s eligibility checks, credit assessment, available plans and approval at checkout, and their own terms apply to any plan you take out with them.
The website links to services run by other companies, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, insurers and payment providers. These links are provided for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or for how they work, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
If you send us comments, suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve our services without any obligation to you. Please do not send anything unlawful, offensive or misleading, or anything that infringes another person’s rights.
We handle the personal information you give us as described in our privacy policy.
We work to keep the website accurate, but it may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions, for example in a description, price or availability. We may correct them and update the website at any time without notice.

These terms apply until they are ended by you or by us. You can end them at any time by no longer using the website. We may end them, or suspend your access, if we reasonably believe you have broken them.
These terms, our privacy policy, our refund and cancellation policy and any terms confirmed to you at purchase make up the whole agreement between you and us. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page. If you keep using the website or our services after a change, the updated terms apply.
